2,324 schools registered and 760,066 pupils taking part so far.
Sustrans' Big Walk and Wheel runs for 10 days from 21 March to 1 April 2022 and is open to all primary and secondary schools in the UK, including SEN/ASN/ALN schools.
Schools join in between 21 March and 1 April to be in with a chance of winning fabulous prizes every day.
Sustrans Big Walk and Wheel inspires pupils to be amazing and take active journeys to school.
On each day of the challenge, schools compete to see who can get the highest percentage of their pupils walking, using a wheelchair, scooting or cycling to school.
We want all children to join in the fun and to understand the health and wellbeing benefits of active travel.
Central England Co-operative is delighted to support this challenge by providing Co-op hamper and voucher prizes to reward winning schools.
