Mum's & Tots Healthy Choices Session

With thanks to our brilliant links with Leicester City in the Community, I was invited along to deliver our Healthy Choices Workshop at a Mum's and Tots session at The Hub in New Parks, a deprived area in the City.  As you can see from the photo, little Noah really enjoyed his healthy fruit kebab and the session was well received, with everyone learning something new about healthy eating.
