Leicester Pride

On Saturday 3rd September 2022, colleagues from across the Society in Leicestershire & Northamptonshire and the Membership & Community Council, took part in the traditional march for Leicester Pride.  The March started at the Curve Theatre in the Cultural Quarter and made its way through the City Centre before heading up to Victoria Park, where the main event was taking place.   It was a fantastic atmosphere and great to see the crowds lining the streets in support of the day.

On the Park, our colleagues and MCC members joined in with the celebrations, singing along and dancing to a diverse range of acts from a Dolly Parton look-alike to drag artists knocking out some favourite disco tunes.  It was a great opportunity for us to promote our commitment to inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, and have some fun too.
