Healthy Choices Workshop in Ibstock

Yesterday, with the help of a store colleague from the nearby Ibstock Co-operative, I delivered our healthy choices workshop to members of the Outlook Group who meet at the Palace Theatre in Ibstock on a Thursday afternoon.
