Halloween Carving Sessions prove popular with young people

This halloween the Member and Community Council visited stores in Birmingham, Stafford, Dudley, Atherstone and Lichfield to offer young people the chance to carve a pumpkin for free. During our time at the events we spoke to parents about Central Co-op Membership and the work we do in the community.

Young people made some amazing pumpkin designs and were then able to take their carved pumpkin home with them. During the time they were carving, we spoke about what can be done with the seeds and the pumpkin after halloween.

Lots of fun were had by young people carving their pumpkins with some scary and fun designs.
