Bike repairs at the re-launched Langley Mill Store

To celebrate Langley Mill’s exciting relaunch on Friday, MCC members Ollie, Phil, Kathryn and Joanna joined Nottingham Bikes to see the new look location and to talk to members.

Nottingham Bikes, supported by the Northern Region, were on hand to give members’ bikes a service whether that was pumping up tyres or fixing brakes. It was great to see much-loved bikes belonging to people of all ages go from unrideable to road safe thanks to Rob’s skill.

Members of the MCC helped where able, and also had some great conversations with visitors to the stand about the brand new App that had just launched. The App enables members to have their card stored electronically, find nearby stores and see what member activities they can join in with. You’ll also be able to read these blog posts!

Members were delighted with the refreshed store and loved the new signage, they were also incredibly pleased to be able to have their bikes serviced for free!
