Free bike repair events at Huthwaite and North Wingfield, Chesterfield

Northern MCC teamed up with Inclusive Bikes in Chesterfield to offer customers and members an opportunity to get their bikes ready for the holidays or donate to a worthy cause.  We are very conscience that people want to recycle and reuse and these events enabled people to prepare their bikes and make them safe.  some of the feedback was that the bikes would have just been left in the garage and never used or just continue to ride the bikes with no safety.

We were fortunately to also help younger children to have their bikes repaired to make them safer on the roads.  The youngsters also engaged in looking at they can repair their own bikes with some hands-on expert support.

It was great to interact and share the importance of how these events can help people to be part of saving the planet by repairing and now throwing away.
