Southern MCC support Parks Day for the community of St Matthews

A Parks Day was held for the people living in the community of St Matthews which was a real treat for the children.  Children who had been accessing the holiday hunger programme over the school summer holidays were each treated to a free BBQ and lot's of different games and activities on the local park.  Ambassadors from our Southern MCC spent a very busy afternoon organising the BBQ and serving over 800 people, and then stayed behind to help with all the clearing away.
