OurCoop colleagues support local charity with volunteering

On Sunday 8 February colleagues from OurCoop funeral and membership teams supported 'The Royal Star and Garter' Charity at the Birmingham International Tattoo.

We supported the Charity by helping sell programmes which the charity earned £1 for every programme sold, helped out at their awareness stand, and did a bucket collection when the event had finished.

The charity raised just under £4K over the weekend which will go towards helping veterans with dementia at their care homes across the country, including one close to our Solihull funeral home.

OurCoop supports local charity organisations by giving colleagues up to three days paid volunteering to help in their local community.
