Launch of World Builders and Co-op Painting for International Year of Co-ops

Last week, we were delighted to invite our very talented Watercolour Painting Tutor, Sophie Oakley, into our Business Support Centre to present her Co-op Painting to Central Co-op. We held a mini launch for colleagues and MCC members and Sophie presented her painting to Richard Bickle, Vice-Chair of the Board. Sophie briefly talked us through her ideas as a time-line to recognise Central Co-op's support for both Fairtrade and Malawi.

We also took the opportunity to launch our new "World Builders" game which is a new educational resource for all ages to learn more about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in a fun and interactive way. Our Vice-Chair of the Board and colleagues took the opportunity to play the game and the feedback was very positive on both the subject and the game.
