Eckington Mini Summer Fair raises over £800 for Dementia UK

A mini summer fair at Central England Co-op's Eckington Food Store has raised over £800 for Dementia UK.

The event at the Pinfold Street store on Friday, 16 August saw children’s games, a bake sale, a children’s lucky dip, a raffle and tombola – all in aid of the Society's corporate charity.

All the monies have now been counted and a fantastic total of £860 was raised for the cause which go towards supporting the hugely important work done by Dementia UK.
