Community Event in St.Ives

Not long till the next Sew, Mend and Save on 8th October and we have an exciting development! Huntingdon Community Swap will be joining us and offering a clothes swap with clothes and accessories for all ages. There is no need to bring clothes to swap -  people can just come along and choose clothes to take. If people select clothes that need altering we may be able help. We can also see if there are any items that we could use for embellishing or upcycling. Feel free to bring your own items for mending or crafting and please bring sewing machines if you have one. Please pass the word around to anyone who might be interested in the Clothes Swap or has items that need mending. I have attached posters for both. Free refreshments are generously provided by the Coop, so do come along and mend and make over a cuppa 😄
