Colleagues recognised for saving over £1.8 million through Stream

OurCoop has been recognised by Wagestream's Stream with a special award celebrating the incredible savings achievements of our colleagues.

The award recognises the positive impact of the Stream savings account, one of the many financial wellbeing benefits available to colleagues through our partnership with Stream.

The savings account allows colleagues to save directly from their pay while earning a competitive interest rate, making it easier to build healthy saving habits. It's part of a wider package of financial wellbeing tools available through Stream, including early access to earned wages, debt support, financial coaching, an external benefits eligibility checker, loans and more.

Together, colleagues across OurCoop have now saved an incredible £1.8 million through Stream's savings accounts. That's an amazing achievement - and we're already well on our way to reaching the next milestone.

The impact goes beyond the amount saved. According to a recent Stream colleague survey, 82% of OurCoop colleagues say they feel more in control of their finances since using the platform.

Supporting colleagues' financial wellbeing is an important part of creating a positive workplace, and it's fantastic to see so many colleagues making the most of the benefits available to them.
