Co-operative Masterclass

This week students who attend Juniper Training in Leicester enjoyed taking part in our Co-operative Masterclass. The Masterclass looks at our values and principles and co-operatives as a different business model.  The students were challenged with setting up an imaginary business, incorporating some of the values and principles, and what they could do to support their local community need.  Before taking on the challenge, the students explored what makes a good employee in preparation for the world of work.
