Celebrating International Women's Day in Derby

The Northern Membership & Community Council working with Spiral Arts in Derby to produce banners to be displayed at the Arboretum Park in Normanton.

Members helped to produce craft banners with positive messages which was to inspire people during the lockdown.  Craftivism is a way to use craft to get over messages.  Created with more than 60 local people in partnership with Spiral Arts with thanks to Central England Cooperative; the craftivism was also displayed in the park throughout March.
