What is Brew Monday?

The third Monday in January is sometimes referred to as ‘the most difficult day of the year’ but this is a myth – we all have our good days and our bad days, and those aren’t for the calendar to decide.

Help us bust the ‘Blue Monday’ myth by encouraging colleagues, friends and family to stay connected over a cuppa and a catch-up.

Samaritans is needed now more than ever, They answer a call for help every 10 seconds but they couldn't do what they do without supporters like you. 

Come along to Insomnia Coffee shop in Halesworth between 3-5pm on Monday 19th January, purchase a brew or a coffee & receive a free hot crumpet. Come & join our Membership & Community Council for a chat & some activities. We will have a raffle to raise money for Samaritans.
