Bike repairs a winner in Grangewood, Chesterfield

Working with Inclusive Pedals, the Northern Membership & Community Council provided free bike maintenance for the local residents in Grangewood, Chesterfield.  Bikes donated went to Monkey Park for upcycling and redistributed.

This enables young people to ride their bikes with renewed brakes, checking of gears and tyres.  The number of children were saw was brilliant and whilst waiting they were able to have a chat and eat some goodies.  The cycle without age was an opportunity for different age groups to go on a ride and have a chat.  Tanya Noon the Member and Community Relations Officer enjoyed her chat learning about activities for young people.
